Settings
Complete reference for BLXAde Settings sections and how preferences save.
Open Settings from the main menu or as an overlay over the canvas. The sidebar keeps General first; other groups sort alphabetically in the active language.
All pages share the same layout: title, description, optional header action, and stacked glass cards.
How saving works

Load/save failures show inline alerts or toasts; failed log refresh keeps the last snapshot with a stale-data warning.
General
Account
- Avatar, email, provider (read-only)
- Editable BLXAde display name
- Log out
- Delete profile (confirmed) — clears local auth profile material; does not delete your disk projects
Offline mode shows a global retry banner and disables account writes.
Agent Identity
Callsign and pronunciation aliases used by voice/agent presentation. Spoken language follows the app language (no separate spoken-language field).
Language
English or German. Applied pre-paint so the next frames match.
Canvas autosave delay
Debounce for writing .blxcanvas. Use a longer delay on huge boards if needed.
Feedback button
Toggle the canvas-corner control that drops Feedback helper nodes.
Image Gen
Image generation-related general preferences (retention / studio defaults as exposed in UI). Provider keys still live under Connections.
Danger Zone (confirmed)

None of these delete project folders, canvas files, hooks, or most credentials. Replay / clear history do disconnect YouTube Music when required by product policy.

Always save and test where offered. Music CTAs deep-link here if disconnected.
One-shot import: place recognized keys in ~/.blxade/.env; BLXAde imports into
the keyring and deletes the file only after full success.

Notifications

Logs
- Enable logging, level, and output target (Console / File / Both)
- View opaque log path and size
- Refresh, native Open folder, confirmed Clear
Clear may defer file deletion until the next app start; a warning remains while a file is pending deletion.

Opening Settings to a section
Some deep links (for example Music “connect” CTAs) open Settings on Connections. From the canvas, use the shell chrome or Command Search when available.
